The experiment was performed to study high resolution gene specific changes induced by Ascorbic acid tretament in clear cell RCC cells (786-0 cell line) 786-O ccRCC cells were treated either with control (catalase) or with catalase+ ascorbic acid. BS and OxBS were performed in both.
