This dataset contains the analytical data, figure source data, and supplementary information associated with the manuscript entitled “Disrupted magmatic evolution controls Nb and REE co-enrichment in alkaline-carbonatite systems”. It includes a sample inventory, zircon U–Pb geochronological data, mineral major-element compositions, trace-element data, in situ Sr–Nd–O isotope data, LA-ICP-MS line-scan data, and oxygen isotope fractionation model outputs.
