This record contains analysis-ready source data and R code supporting the manuscript “Vessel Bed-Specific Mechanosensory Reprogramming in Hypertensive Arteries Revealed by Public Transcriptomes.” Primary transcriptomic data were obtained from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus. The deposited files include the verified dataset registry, source data underlying main Figures 1–4, cell-level UMAP coordinates and annotations, analysis scripts, and session information. No new primary sequencing data were generated. Cells were not treated as biological replicates; pooled-library arterial contrasts are descriptive.
