This work presents a unified mathematical framework based on base-12 harmonic systems, offering new insights into consciousness, computation, biology, and cosmology. By restructuring foundational equations around a 12-phase cycle, we uncover deeper coherence in neural function, memory encoding, DNA compression, and even the dynamics of black holes and planetary systems.
