The data is stored in file PTRMS raw data.zip folder, while meta data can be found in PTR-MS raw data.zip folder.doc Part 2 – ppb data: Mass spectra were integrated over 7 minutes, beginning when the TD unit reached 200 °C, for which the 40 highest-intensity ions were used for fingerprinting. The data is stored in file ESR05-04-part 2-ppb data.zip while meta data can be found in ESR05-04-part 2-ppb data.doc Part 3 - Output of the fingerprinting program: Four fingerprinting algorithms were used to score the similarity between sample and library mass spectra. ALG1 and ALG2 select the top n ion signals (e.g., 40) above m/z 100 and normalize to the highest peak. ALG3 and ALG4 normalize to the sum of all peaks. Polymer quantification was based on the 40 ions matching the library spectra. The calculation was improved by preserving ion signal ratios from the library, reducing interference from natural DOM. The data is stored in file ESR05-04-part 3-fingerprint report.zip Part 4: Scripts and library mass spectra that were used for fingerprinting and the fingerprint method evaluation. For more detail refer to: https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.est.9b07540. The data is stored in file ESR05-04-part 4-scripts.zip
