Territories of health democracy

The Health System Modernisation Act (LMSS) of 26 January 2016 strengthened the bodies of health democracy. Each ARS was therefore tasked with delimiting territories of health democracy in order to allow the coherence of the projects of the SRAs, professionals and local authorities and to take into account the expression of the actors of the health system and in particular that of users. The reconstruction of this division is based on the composition of the territories of health democracy specified in the decrees of the Ars. The construction of these geographical data is based on the Datasanté database, in particular the t_geo_com table, which makes it possible to find the communal composition of the territories of health democracy: https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/referentiel-geographique-t-geo-com/. This cutting is adapted every year to take into account the movements of communes (fusion, splitting).
