Commencement notices and Compliance on Completion Certificates are submitted through the Projects module on BCMS. Fire Safety, Disability Access, Regularisation and Dispensation/ Relaxation Certificate applications can be submitted online via the Applications module on BCMS and the Council accepts hard copy applications directly into the office. Most applications are now being submitted via the online system.
