A rule-based algorithm system is constructed via traditional programming, adhering to hydropower dispatch regulations. It connects full-stack data covering hydrological conditions, gate parameters, flow rates and other relevant information through conditional branch logic, and categorizes data dimensions into short-term, medium-term and extreme operating conditions. Statistical operations are applied to calculate inflow forecast values, unit load adaptation parameters and other related indicators. The system conducts data consistency verification, integrates scattered data via multi-field matching, and removes invalid information. Additionally, the rule-based algorithm supports configurable verification, ensuring that the output data meets the demands of various dispatch scenarios.
