Transcriptome-wide microRNA expression of the heart of neonatal rats with polygenic cardiac hypetrophy

Identification of microRNAs differentially expressed between the neonatal heart of a genetic rat model of cardiac hypertrophy (the Hypertrophic Heart Rat, HHR) and the control (the Normal Heart Rat, NHR) using the Agilent Rat miRNA Microarray Kit Release 16.0.本数据集采用安捷伦大鼠微小RNA（microRNAs）微阵列试剂盒16.0版（Agilent Rat miRNA Microarray Kit Release 16.0），对心肌肥厚遗传大鼠模型（肥厚型心脏大鼠，HHR）与正常对照（正常心脏大鼠，NHR）的新生心脏组织中差异表达的微小RNA进行了鉴定。
