Data and code for "Topological charge of a non-Hermitian skyrmion splits at a real-space exceptional ring"
收藏资源简介:
Reproduction archive for "Topological charge of a non-Hermitian skyrmion splits at a real-space exceptional ring" (arXiv:2606.27810v3). Contains the symbolic derivations (Gilbert-equivalence reduction of the projective PT flow; biorthogonal two-level model and phase-rigidity analysis), the eigenstate-texture sweep code, the numerical data behind all figures, and the figure-generation scripts. v2.0 adds the localized-defect geometric selection rule of the Supplemental Material: scripts that replace the uniform non-Hermiticity gamma by a spatially localized defect (Gaussian point or equatorial ring) and show that the global biorthogonal charge Q_B flips only when the non-Hermiticity coats the entire equatorial exceptional locus, not when it covers merely an arc — the opposite of an accumulative skin effect. A universality check confirms the rule is m0-independent in form, with the ring-flip threshold tracking gamma_EP(m0) = h*sqrt(1-m0^2). Python 3.9+ (NumPy, SymPy, matplotlib). See README.md to reproduce each figure.
