Rumen fluid miRNAome of dry cows transitioned from forage to 65% grain diet

This study aimed to explore the changes in miRNAome in the rumen fluid during diet transition from forage to high-grain. Overall design: Rumen fluid was collected from 4 ruminally-canulated non-lactating Holstein cows fed a 100% baseline forage diet (FD) and then transitioned to high-grain (HG; 65% concentrate) feeding.
