Differential analysis of serum exosomal miRNAs in brucellosis patients

Studies on serum exosomal miRNAs of Brucella infection have not been reported. High-throughput microarray technology for expression profiling has been widely used in genetic studies of various diseases and identification of novel biomarkers . In this study, we want to find useful biomarkers for diagnosis brucellosis through analyze the expression profiles of miRNA in serum exosomes to obtain differentially expressed miRNAs (DEMs) by high-throughput microarray techniques.
