Mediator Subunit 30 Directs Myc Oncogenesis [PRO-seq] Overall design: To investage the effect of med30 overespression on transcription, PRO-seq was performed in teton MED30 overexpression Mia PaCa-2 cells. Dox-induced MED30 expression Mia PaCa-2 stable cell line were treated or untreated with 0.5µg/ml doxycycline for 2 days before nuclei isolation. 1/50 number of drosophila S2 cells were spike-in for overall input control.
