Transcriptomic profiles of CT26 syngeneic tumor tissues following treatment with the dual EP2/EP4 antagonist TP-18.

To investigate the antitumor mechanisms of the dual EP2/EP4 antagonist TP-18, we conducted RNA-seq-based transcriptomic analysis of CT26 tumors, with or without TP-18 treatment. Overall design: Female BALB/c mice (6–8 weeks old) bearing subcutaneous CT26 tumors were treated with either vehicle or TP-18 (50 mg/kg, QD, orally) for 3 weeks. Following treatment, mice were euthanized by cervical dislocation, and subcutaneous tumors were excised and stored in liquid nitrogen for subsequent sequencing.
