Dataset to test Hausdorff dintance algorithms
收藏资源简介:
These datasets were used in the paper"Efficient algorithms to calculate the Hausdorff Distance on point sets represented by a k2-tree"by Fernando Domínguez, Gilberto Gutiérrez, Miguel R. Penabad, Miguel Romero and Fernando Santolaya, submitted to the Geoinformatica journal by Springer. Real datasets:- Ciconia: Originally taken from https://figshare.com/collections/Object_Trajectories/5740388/2 [Gómez Brandón, Adrián (2021). Object Trajectories. figshare. Collection. https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.c.5740388.v2] Dataset Ciconia contains trajectories from 88 white storks travelling between Europe and Africa. - LAW: Orginally taken from http://law.di.unimi.it. Laboratory for Web Algorithmics. Dataset contains web graphs (links between pages) from the .uk domain. Synthecic datasets:- Six datasets. Each one contains files with different suffixes: G (Gaussian distribution), R (Random/Uniform distribution) and M (mixed).
