Erianthus fulvus (chromosome, 2n=20) is a near-source wild species of sugarcane that has the advantages of early maturation, high sugar content, and drought resistance that is of great value to the genetic improvements of sugarcane varieties. we assembled the E.fulvus genome (901.9 Mb), annotated 27,165 protein-coding genes in 10 chromosomes, performed resequencing of 202 Saccharinae samples, annotated 55,564,488 SNPs in 10 chromosomes, and analyzed the gene expression profile of E.fulvus under cold and drought stress. These huge data resources are a treasure trove for research and breeding of Sugarcane and E.fulvus.
