RNA-Seq and snRNA-seq analysis of Sleep deprivation in Wildtype Mice

This dataset constitutes the first snRNA-Seq study of gene expression following sleep deprivation in wildtype mice with paralell bulk-RNA-seq data. In addition it contains RNA-seq analysis of the effect of recovery sleep following sleep deprivation Overall design: 16 total samples were analyzed. Pre-frontal cortex tissue was collected at 5 hours of sleep deprivation (SD5, E). Animals that were left to sleep in their homecage were dissected at the same time of day to control for variations due to circadian rhythms (HC5, C).
