We generated snRNA-Seq for olfactory sensory neurons from late stage pupae of the clonal raider ant to study the chemosensory gene expression during development. Antennal clubs of pupae were dissected and single nuclei extraction was done using a custom protocol for insect tissues. Library preparation was done using 10X Genomics 3' v3.1 kit. Sequencning was dine using Illumina NovaSeq S2 flowcell.
