Lindsaea neocultrata Genome sequencing

Almost no chloroplast genome sequencing of lindsaaceae pteridophytes has been published, L. neocultrata represents a core member to deal with the classification and phylogeny of Lindsaeaceae, acquirement of its whole chloroplast (cp) genome sequence will facilitate the chloroplast phylogenomics of Osmolindsaea. Therefore, we aim to establish and characterize the complete chloroplast genome of Poikilospermum lanceolatum and ascertain its phylogenetic position in this study.
