资源简介:
Copaifera lucens Dwyer is a native, endemic, and shade-tolerant species of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest which is well-suited for ecological restoration. This non-model species can grow from 15 to 25 meters and is mainly found in young secondary forests in Bahia, Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and Sao Paulo, where it is commonly known as red copaifera, pau-oleo, pau-oleo-copaiba, or copaiba. We investigated co-expressed gene clusters in the de novo transcriptome of this specie and their relationship with phenotypic traits linked to growth and survival. The study was conducted under greenhouse conditions and after transplantation into forest patches, using forest landscape variables as proxies for ecological patterns and processes.
