<p>A large, representative archive consists of over 5000 natural language texts. The texts are drawn from all three principal forms of language: speech, broadcasts and print.</p>
<p>This dataset updates and replaces the 1989 version of Cornell Corpus, cited below: Cornell Corpus Hayes, Donald P. Ithaca, NY : Department of Sociology, Cornell University (producer0. Ithaca, NY : Cornell Institute for Social and Economic Research (distributor). Donald Hayes supplied the Data Archive with the data and documentation for the 2000 version on CD-ROM # 682 for use in a PC environment. A printed copy of the documentation and the CD-ROM are available. Ask Archive staff for assistance with locating these data.</p>
