To assess the transcriptional changes in different brain regions and spinal cord associated with aging and either a caloric restricted (CR) or ad libitum (AL) diet. cDNA microarray and quantitative PCR analyses were used to examine the transcriptomes of various neuronal tissues in young, middle aged and old mice. Mice of both genders were examined as well as the effects of their placement on either caloric restricted (CR) or ad libitum (AL) diets. 本数据集用于探究衰老、热量限制(caloric restricted, CR)饮食或自由采食(ad libitum, AL)饮食相关的不同脑区与脊髓转录组变化。研究采用cDNA微阵列与定量PCR技术,对幼年、中年及老年小鼠的各类神经元组织转录组进行检测分析。本研究同时纳入雌雄小鼠样本,探究两种饮食方案对小鼠的影响。关键词:年龄、性别与饮食对比 本实验共涉及67只小鼠,按年龄、性别及饮食方案开展分组比较。
