GSA waste

This dataset lists all the addresses of the territory of the Groupement de Soissons Agglomération (GSA), supplemented by information on waste collection services: Voluntary intake points (VAP/VAP), textile terminals, composting points, household waste collection and access to waste disposal facilities.

**Files made available**

The dataset exposes several resources via the Tabular API:

* "addresses" — list of geolocated addresses of the territory, synchronised with the Base National Address (BAN), associated with their service identifiers

* "commons" — list of municipalities within the GSA perimeter with their INSEE codes

* `PAV_PAVE`— buried voluntary intake points and voluntary intake points, with GPS coordinates and address

* ‘textile’ — textile collection terminals

* "compost" — shared composting points

* ‘collection’ — sectors and days for the collection of household waste and packaging

* "cheating" — accessible shredders, with timetables and address

All resources are exposed in **CSV** format via the Tabular API of data.gouv.fr, searchable by filters on the columns.

**Composition and collection**

The addresses are from the BAN (Base Address Nationale), official repository of French addresses, and filtered on the perimeter of GSA municipalities. Service data (PAV, pick-up, etc.) is entered and maintained manually by GSA teams. The association between an address and its services is carried out via link identifiers stored in the "addresses" resource.
