WMS service of the urban development plan “Houses North Design Statute” of the Municipality Houses, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为隶属于市住房部门的《北区住宅设计条例》（Houses North Design Statute）城市开发规划配套的网络地图服务（Web Map Service, WMS），其基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并依据欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community, INSPIRE）规范完成转换。
