1DCNN Video Tampering Detection in Automotive Dashcam Videos in Temporal Domain

This repository contains supporting materials for the paper “Temporal Video Tampering Detection in Car Dashcam Videos Using Frame Difference Features and a 1D Convolutional Neural Network.” It includes scripts and resources used to generate temporal tampering (frame deletion, insertion, duplication) and evaluate tampering detection performance on real dashcam footage. The materials enable researchers to reproduce the preprocessing, feature extraction, and data manipulation steps used in the study, and serve as a reference for further research in video forensics, IoT security, automotive data integrity, and temporal manipulation detection.
