Genetic data of tetraploid sea anemone Aulactinia stella populations from North Pacific to Atlantic across the Arctic Ocean

This data file report the genotype of 180 Multi-Locus Genotypes (MLG) of partially clonal juvenile and adult sea anemones Aulactinia stella populations from North Pacific to Atlantic across the Arctic Ocean to study their reproductive modes and analyze their genetic structure. Tab 1: List of the MLGs and their corresponding genotypes at ten microsatellites, number of found ramets, if found in juveniles and adults, list of sample ID found with this MLG (*-number indicates that this sample was a juvenile found in the adult *). Tab 2: GPS position of the sampled population in each studied site. Tab 3: number of repeated MLGs found in each site. We also noted if found in only one age cohort (0) or both in juveniles and adults (1).
