Seasonal Hotspots of Beach Litter in the North-East Atlantic Linked to Aquaculture and River Runoff

The zip file contains three data categories:

1) beach_litter: preprocessed OSPAR surveys
2) gpr: data related to LGCP model
3) clustering: PCA-driven fuzzy clustering of seasonal variations
4) litter_sources.zarr: Seasonal potential of litter sources

Specifically, the "gpr" category containes the following data entries:
a) idata_*.nc: Inference data of LGCP model for corresponding season
b) evaluation_summary.zarr: Summary statistics for all seasons
c) posterior_predictive.zarr: Modelled macroplastic predictions for all seasons
d) effect_size_seasons.nc: Analytical quantities for all seasons (effect size, confidence etc.)

All data are stored either as netCDF4 or Zarr files.
