Development plan Bramfeld 56 1. Change Hamburg

The Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 56 of 8 March 1984 (HmbGVBl. P. 58), amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505, 506), is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Annex to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Development Plan Bramfeld 56” is added to the Act. 2. In § 2(2), the following sentences are added: ‘In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479) is decisive.’
