数据库包括单电池上千小时长期稳定性测试、单电池长期稳定性测试前后的I-V-P、长期稳定性测试前后对应的EIS、单电池电解质内部TEM与HRTEM、电解质内部晶粒与晶粒边界STEM-EDS元素面扫描、镍相颗粒的TEM、电池截面SEM、电池在不同温度下的I-V-P及EIS、欧姆电阻在内的极化电阻随时间变化的增长率实验数据。电池测试设备和发电系统,基本配置包括加热与热管理系统、气体供给系统、重整系统、电池发电系统、控制系统、排放管路,安全检测系统等。性能检测仪器为外置的电子负载等。阳极气体为燃料来自气瓶或管路,阴极气体为空气来自风机,阳极和阴极气体经过配有计量装置的气体供给系统,进入预热装置加热至指定温度分别进入电池堆的阳极和阴极,发生电化学反应,并产生电流。通过外置电子负载对SOFC电池进行测试和监控,评估电化学性能

This database encompasses a wide range of experimental data related to single solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs): thousand-hour long-term stability tests; I-V-P (current-voltage-power) curves of single cells before and after the long-term stability test; corresponding electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements before and after the stability test; transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution TEM (HRTEM) images of the interior of single cell electrolytes; STEM-EDS (scanning transmission electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) elemental mapping of grains and grain boundaries within the electrolyte; TEM images of nickel-phase particles; scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of battery cross-sections; I-V-P curves and EIS measurements of batteries at various temperatures; and experimental data on the time-dependent growth rates of polarization resistance including ohmic resistance. The SOFC test setup and power generation system are generally configured with heating and thermal management systems, gas supply systems, reforming systems, battery power generation subsystems, control systems, exhaust pipelines, safety detection systems, and other auxiliary components. The performance testing instruments include external electronic loads and related devices. Anode fuel gas is supplied from gas cylinders or pipelines, while cathode air is provided by fans. The anode and cathode gases pass through a gas supply system equipped with metering devices, enter a preheating unit to be heated to a specified target temperature, and then flow into the anode and cathode sides of the cell stack respectively to undergo electrochemical reactions and generate electric current. The SOFC single cells are tested and monitored using the external electronic load to evaluate their electrochemical performance.
