Transcription profiling of murine db/db diabetic kidney to identify adipose differentiation-related protein and regulators of lipid homeostasis

RNA of Kidney was extracted using a Quiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 8ug of total RNA.采用凯杰（Quiagen）RNeasy试剂盒提取肾脏总RNA。以约8微克总RNA为原料，依照标准Affymetrix操作流程制备靶标样本。
