This is the supplementary dataset of the fluconazole popPK in the ICU study, where we aimed to identify factors impacting fluconazole pharmacokinetic–pharmacodynamic (PKPD) target attainment and provide a dosing regimen ensuring adequate target attainment in critically ill patients.
