Computational dataset for "Chebyshev primality criteria for Wagstaff numbers"

Computational verification data supporting the paper "Chebyshev primality criteria for Wagstaff numbers." Contains: (1) BLS primality certificates for W_2617, W_10501, and W_12391; (2) platinum-grade factor dataset: 984,759 split factors and 165,733 inert factors of Wagstaff numbers W_p for p ≤ 200,000, with Pell-rank (R3) and Korselt (Theorem E) verification results; (3) No Compatible Triples (NCT) verification data for q ≤ 30,000; (4) Python verification scripts (SymPy-based). Zero counterexamples to the Wagstaff Standalone Test (Conjecture 5.1) were found across all tested cases.
