Preliminary Analysis of the Effect of Black Soldier Fly Frass on Microbial Diversity in Garden Soil and the Growth and Yield of Chili Plant (Capsicum annuum var. Longum)

This study aims to characterize changes in microbial communities in garden soil amended with Black Soldier Fly frass (BSFF) using metagenomic sequencing and to evaluate its effects on the growth and yield of chili plants (Capsicum annuum var. Longum; Family: Solanaceae). As a preliminary study, it provides baseline data on the interactions between BSFF, soil microbiota, and plant performance.
