We used sanqi (Panax notoginseng) as a model crop to study the relationship between the building up of soil-borne pathogens and the dynamic of rhizospheric microbiome using the method of 16S rRNA and ITS gene tag sequencing. Based on these studies, we expected to clarify the mechanism of NPSF mediated by the change of rhizosphere microbiome.
