资源简介:
It’s a well-established fact that epigenetic changes regulate alternative splicing in a context-dependent manner, as well as the epigenetic modifying effect of curcumin, is known in cancer. In this study, we have investigated the role of curcumin in the regulation of alternative splicing through epigenetic alterations. We performed Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 to understand the global changes in gene expression as well as alternative splicing upon curcumin-PEC treatment. The head and neck cancer cells, H157 cells were treated with curcumin-PEC and PEC-control at 0h and 24h. H157 cells were harvested at 48h and proceeded for RNA extraction
