Hypofractionated post-prostatectomy radiotherapy in 16 fractions: a single institution outcome

This is the dataset of one hundred consecutive post-prostatectomy patients treated by moderately hypofractioned radiotherapy in 16 daily fractions delivered with IMRT/VMAT at the Department of Radiation Oncology of the East Slovakia Institute of Oncology.
