Rhizosphere Bacterial Community Structure and Function of Soybean in Saline-Alkali Soil Revealed by 16S rRNA Gene Sequencing

This project aims to investigate the rhizosphere bacterial community structure, diversity, and functional characteristics of soybean grown in saline-alkali soil using high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The results will provide insights into the interactions between soybean and soil microorganisms under saline-alkali stress, and lay a theoretical foundation for the development of microbial inoculants to improve soybean productivity in saline-alkaline soils.
