Minutes of the 77th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 29 April 2021 via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from the March meeting, endorsed the 2020 Annual Report, and accepted the draft financial results for IFLA and IFLA Holding B.V. Key decisions included approval of WLIC 2021 registration fees, deferral of the WLIC 2024 selection process, and admission of new members. The Board reviewed strategic direction updates, governance matters including elections and the Governance Handbook, and progress on the Risk Management Framework. The meeting also covered planning for WLIC 2022 and 2023, and concluded with an executive session.
