资源简介:
ZBTB24 has emerged as a key player in DNA methylation, immunity and development. To explore these multiple facets of ZBTB24 functions, we performed and integrated multi-omics analyses in mouse and human cellular systems relevant for the physiopathological features of the ICF2 syndrome, a rare genetic disease caused by ZBTB24 mutations. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for ZBTB2 protein in human and mouse cells wild-type. For mESCs, the study was conducted during the mESCs cell-state transition : in mESCs maintained in 2i conditions (2i) and after 3 days of differentiation (d3).
