This dataset presents precipitation observation data collected from 24 rainfall stations within the Yanwachuan Basin from 2011 to 2020. Geographically, the Yanwachuan Basin is situated in Xifeng District and Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, and is a right-bank tributary of the Malian River within the Jinghe River Basin. Covering a total area of 376.69 km², the basin is a typical loess plateau gully region primarily composed of three core geomorphic units: tableland, slope, and gully. The main collecting gully of the basin has a length of 35 km, with a gully density of 2.17 km/km² and a channel slope of 1.29%.
