Model weights and UAV image dataset for cotton seedling detection across the full emergence stage

This dataset contains trained YOLO11s model weights and original UAV-acquired cotton field images supporting the study: "One model, two altitudes: YOLO11s hybrid training enables robust cotton seedling detection across the full emergence stage" (submitted to Plant Phenomics). The package includes 30 trained model weight files (.pt), a detailed metadata table (Table_of_Model_Weights.xlsx) describing each weight file, and the original image data used for training and validation. For complete descriptions and usage instructions, please refer to the README_Model_Weights_and_Data.pdf included in the compressed package. This dataset is publicly available under CC BY 4.0 license.
