本算法旨在通过对三关六码头零售数据的深入分析,实现对商品的ABC分类,以便更有效地进行库存管理和销售策略优化。 计算每个商品的总销售额,即该商品所有成交记录的金额之和。统计每个商品的销售数量,即该商品在给定时间段内的成交数量。销售ABC:销售金额占累计销售额比例70%的商品分为A类,71% ~ 90%为B类,91% ~ 100%为C类。数量ABC:销量占累计销量比例70%的商品分为A类,71% ~ 90%为B类,91% ~ 100%为C类;加权评分=(销售额×0.7)+(销售量×0.3);根据加权评分,将商品分为A、B、C 三个等级:A类商品:综合评分位于前20%的商品,这些商品虽然数量较少,但对企业利润贡献最大。B类商品:综合评分位于中间40%的商品,数量和利润贡献居中。C类商品:综合评分位于后40%的商品,数量最多,但对利润贡献最小; 定期(如每季度)重新计算商品的综合评分,以适应市场变化和消费者需求的动态。 利用分类结果指导库存管理,优化商品组合,确保高销量商品的供应,减少低销量商品的库存。
Retail data of Sanguanliumatou can be exported from the Lemon Commercial Retail System. However, due to the complexity and large volume of the data, manual post-processing is required to obtain the required merchandise sales data. By aggregating merchandise sales data across different time periods and classifying products into Category A, B and C, enterprises can identify which product categories are more popular during specific seasons or time periods. This helps enterprises adjust their inventory and procurement strategies to ensure the supply of best-selling products. Additionally, by analyzing the sales performance of different products, enterprises can optimize their product mix, increase inventory of high-selling products and reduce procurement of low-selling products, which contributes to improving sales revenue and inventory turnover rate.
This algorithm aims to conduct in-depth analysis of Sanguanliumatou retail data to achieve ABC classification of products, so as to facilitate more effective inventory management and sales strategy optimization.
First, calculate the total sales amount of each product, which is the sum of the transaction amounts of all its transaction records. Next, count the sales quantity of each product, which refers to the number of transactions of that product within a specified time period.
Sales-based ABC classification: Products whose sales amount accounts for 70% of the cumulative total sales are classified as Category A, those accounting for 71% to 90% as Category B, and 91% to 100% as Category C.
Quantity-based ABC classification: Products whose sales volume accounts for 70% of the cumulative total sales volume are classified as Category A, those accounting for 71% to 90% as Category B, and 91% to 100% as Category C;
The weighted score is calculated as: Weighted Score = (Sales Amount × 0.7) + (Sales Quantity × 0.3);
Based on the weighted score, products are divided into three grades: A, B and C:
- Category A products: Products with a comprehensive score ranking in the top 20%. Although these products are small in quantity, they contribute the most to the company's profits.
- Category B products: Products with a comprehensive score ranking in the middle 40%, with moderate quantity and profit contribution to the company.
- Category C products: Products with a comprehensive score ranking in the bottom 40%, which have the largest quantity but the least profit contribution to the company;
Regularly (e.g., quarterly) recalculate the comprehensive scores of products to adapt to market changes and dynamic consumer demand. Use the classification results to guide inventory management, optimize the product mix, ensure the supply of high-selling products, and reduce inventory of low-selling products.
