Zajicek et al. - [11C]CHDI-009R - PET imaging

This is the entire PET dataset for the [11C]CHDI-009R study in zQ175DN mice, including Baseline, Test-Retest scans and 3 months evaluation. Session 1 - Baseline at 9 months; Session 2 - Mass effect at 9 months; Session 3 - Test at 9 months; Session 4 - Retest at 9 months; Session 5 - Baseline at 3 months. Scans of sessions 1, 2, 3 and 4 with DP in the name are 4590 seconds long. The accompanied IDIF, however, is already trimmed and does not contain the first frame of 90 seconds. For Session 5, all dynamic scans and accompanying files are 4500 seconds long. The connection loss occurring with some scans of Session 5 was handled through the deletion of the frames in question during further processing. The scan files, as well as the IDIF files given here, are not corrected for this connection loss and still contain all frames. Further, metabolite data and information of recommended correction are available; however, no metabolite correction was applied to the data due to the high stability in plasma.
