Higher education; enrolled, type of education, training phase and form

This table shows the number of enrolled students at the government-funded higher education institutions by type of education, training form, training phase and academic year. From the academic year 2015/'16, this table also contains the number of enrolled students at a number of designated institutions: the theological universities and the University of Humanistics. From the academic year 2016/'17, the Transnational University of Limburg has also been included. Data available from: academic year 2011/'12. Status of the figures: The figures for the academic years up to 2020/‘21 are final and the figures for the academic year 2021/’22 are provisional. Changes as of 23 January 2023: None, this is a new table. When will the new figures come? In the first quarter of 2023, the preliminary figures for the academic year 2022/'23 will be available.
