Habitat — Directory of Social Leasehold Park of Social Donors (RPLS) in Loir-et-Cher

The aim of the register of rental housing for social landlords is to establish the overall status of the rental housing stock of these social landlords as of 1 January of a year. Set up on 1 January 2011, it is fed by information provided by social donors. This provision meets the expectations of Decree No 2009-1485 of 2 December 2009 on the register of rental housing for social landlords. It lists the information contained in relation to Article R411-4: ‘Any person who so requests to the ministerial statistical office for housing may obtain, by electronic means and free of charge, the information referred to in d, e, f, g and j of Article R411-3, in respect of any rental housing listed in the register, excluding dwellings of mixed economy companies which do not give rise to the contribution provided for in Article L. 452-4’.
