Morphological cartography “Alluvial conoids” in Piedmont on a scale of 1:10,000, accompanied by the information contained in the “Conoid Archive” (general characteristics of the apparatus, position in relation to the main valley, evolution of the conoid in the longitudinal sense, relations with other apparatuses, information available on the phenomena of torrential that have occurred in the historical period) and from the “Characterisation basins” of feeding from the morphometric and litological point of view. The scope of analysis covers the Alpine reliefs from the Valle Ossola (VCO) to the upper Tanaro Valley as well as the Piedmont Apennine Hills (up to the Valle Scrivia — AL). The survey tool consists mainly of the photo-interpretation of the Piedmont Region Flight Alluvione 2000 and the analysis in the GIS environment of TerraItaly images IT2000 — update 2007, supplemented by prompt terrain surveys
