Temporal Dynamics of Acropora Microbiomes in the Southeastern Hainan

This study examines the temporal variations of Acropora-associated microbiomes in the southeastern coastal waters of Hainan, China. The research focuses on the symbiotic Symbiodiniaceae and associated bacteria of Acropora corals, analyzing their community composition and dynamics over multiple years. High-throughput sequencing was conducted to investigate microbial diversity and potential interactions.
