资源简介:
The sulfate reduction behavior in the leachate-saturated zone of landfills is significantly influenced by the type of MPs and the temperature of the landfill. This study established the different temperature conditions based on the leachate-saturated zone of landfill, and the sulfate reduction response behavior under different types of MPS was discussed. The results showed that compared with PS, PE and PVC, the hydrogen sulfide release behavior under the influence of PLA was more intense, and this behavior showed a positive correlation with temperature. PLA accumulated dissimilatory sulfate reduction genes more effectively than PS, PE, and PVC, leading to a higher release of hydrogen sulfide. For the assimilatory sulfate reduction process, the overall consumption of sulfate for microbial synthesis of cellular components was not significantly influenced by the type of MPs. Moreover, PLA promoted more effective growth and enrichment of dissimilatory sulfate-reducing bacteria, but the dominant genera responsible for hydrogen sulfide release was controlled by temperature. This study provides scientific evidence for the simultaneous management of odor pollution and MPs risks in landfills.
