Replication Data For: Genetic Etiology Influences the Low-Frequency Components of Globus Pallidus Internus Electrophysiology in Dystonia

This dataset comprises three distinct tabular datasets derived from intraoperative microelectrode recordings (MERs) collected during GPi-DBS surgery in dystonia patients with varying genetic etiologies. The dataset includes: clinical and demographic data of the patients in the cohort the processed PSD density for MERs between 0-100 Hz with 1/3 Hz resolution the spectral features (N=10) measured from the PSD of MERs.
