Teleost Fish Unique Intron Size Frequency Distribution (25bp mean)

A frequency distribution plot of unique intron size (with the within intron repeat elements removed) in five teleost fish genomes, not included in the linked paper, but produced during the data analyses. Points on the plot are the mean of 25bp windows in intron size, to reduce noise.本数据集为五个硬骨鱼（teleost fish）基因组中，去除内含子（intron）内部重复元件后的唯一化内含子长度频率分布图谱。该结果未纳入关联论文，仅为本次数据分析过程中生成。为降低绘图噪声，图中各数据点为内含子长度的25bp窗口平均值。
